Join local, award-winning sculptor in this wire art class! Students will create a wire tree in any style on a fist sized rock. Please bring a fist sized rock for your tree to grow on and your creativity. Includes all tools and materials Minimum 7 students required to hold the class. Learn the basics of how to play including treble and bass strings, tuning the guitar, note names, major and minor chords and the basic scales. Students must bring their own guitar. Tuesday nights, for 8 weeks, 6-7:15pm.

Chinese II is for intermediate beginners or students with some Chinese language background. Besides introducing themselves in Chinese, students will learn how to give a speech about where they come from, their country, their interests, their work and/or hobbies. Chinese II will emphasize speaking. Students wil also learn culture, some history based stories, enjoy a movie and cooking together in one class.  Some Chinese physical exercises (Ba Duan Jin) will be introduced in class. Tuesdays for 8 weeks, 6-8pm.

Sourdough is great for the gut which is essential to having a healthy body. This 2-hour workshop will teach you about creating a healthy gut and what kinds of foods will help achieve this along with sourdough bread. Class will include a hands-on tutorial for making your own sourdough so that you can bake your own bread the next day!  We will have tips and ideas and show you from beginning to end.
By learning the sourdough basics, it will give you the skills to transform many foods into healthier options for you & your family such as pizza, muffins, English muffins, cookies, brownies, tortillas, cornbread and so much more!  All bread recipe supplies included. Students should plan to bring a  LARGE bowl to class to bring home their bread dough.
Minimum of 8 students required to hold the class.  Thursday, one night, 6-8pm.

Experience a variety of art mediums. A new medium will be introduced in each class,  covering the basic materials and skills used with that medium.  Time will be spent experimenting and exploring materials.  Using the supplies and applying the techniques, students will paint a small study. 

Mediums introduced will be mica powder and paint, colored pencils (regular + watercolor), pastels (soft, pan, + oil), alcohol ink, and bleach + ink.

 Each medium is easy to use and sure to inspire your creativity.

All supplies will be provided. It is recommended to wear old clothes since some classes can be messy. Thursday for 6 weeks.
