This course will review the basic documents that seniors should have in place, tools that can be used to protect assets from potential future nursing home costs, and planning in a crisis. Instructors in this class will include a financial advisor to talk about long term care insurance as well as an attorney who has a practice that specializes in elder law. Wednesday, 1 session. 

Join chef Kath Gallant each week to prepare a  seasonal soup, salad, entree and dessert to fill the Exeter Community Fridge with nourishing, seasonally inspired dishes. Each group will prepare one course and share with the group the process and recipes.Together prepare, portion and pack up 25 bountiful meals to donate. Maximum 10 students per session. Each session meets either a Tuesday Afternoon or Evening at Exeter Adult Education.

Learn to make desserts that will marvel your guest throughout the year. This native Italian instructor  will share her recipes for tiramisu, Nutella cookies and other favorite desserts, based on the class participants preferences. Maximum 8 students.Thursdays for 2 weeks. 

Create flowers for decoration gift wrapping, parties, costumes, centerpieces or anything else you can imagine in this one night class. All materials included.THURSDAY, 1 night - MAY 2ND. 

Learn to operate and customize your smart phone or tablet, including touch screen basics, taking and sharing photos, connecting to wi-fi, downloading apps and using accessibility features such as zoom, voice-to-text and screen readers. Tuesday, 1 session, 6-8:30 PM. 

Examine the types of teas and how they are brewed along with a bit of history and some interesting uses. After the first class we will adapt the second to meet the interests of participants. Even if you have taken a tea class before, this class will provide new and different teas along with a review of the basics. Thursday night, 2 weeks.
